Mr. Lee is the founder of UMeWorld Inc., with over 30 years of experience in high-tech development, marketing, and corporate finance. Since founding the company in August 1997, he has been a driving force behind its innovation and strategic growth. Holding a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Lee blends analytical rigor with sharp business acumen to steer the company’s vision and operations. His leadership continues to emphasize technological advancement and long-term sustainable success.

Dr. Zhang Guangxian serves as our Chief Scientist, spearheading the development of cutting-edge bioactive compounds with specialized expertise in industrial enzymes (including thermostable SOD and high-activity lipases) and therapeutic peptides. A Sun Yat-sen University Ph.D. and Hong Kong Baptist University visiting scholar, he combines academic excellence as Associate Professor and Deputy Director at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine with practical innovation, leading NSFC-funded research projects and authoring 20+ SCI publications to bridge scientific discovery with industrial applications.

Mr. Ding is a seasoned senior finance executive with over fifteen years of finance and operations experience and has held CFO, board director and audit committee chair positions at several public and privately held companies in the education, technology, energy and mining industries. Mr. Ding began his career as an Audit Manager with McGovern Hurley Cunningham LLP. At McGovern, he worked in their audit and assurances practice across a wide range of industries, focusing on companies in the entertainment and media space. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong and is a Member of the Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
